Purpose of Report: To inform the Cabinet Member of the work carried out by the trading standards service to confiscate criminal assets under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
The Cabinet Member is asked to note the report and to agree the
principles under which any Home Office 'asset recovery
incentivisation scheme' monies received are allocated.
