Purpose of Report: The report will provide the necessary background and context and set out the actions required and the process to be followed to secure the long-term management of land designated as public open space at Mayfield Grove York in accordance with the terms of a Section 106 agreement dated 1997 attached to planning approval for housing development on adjacent land.

The Cabinet Member is asked to consider the report and any representations and agree the actions required and process to be followed in securing the long term management / stewardship to the public open sapce land at Mayfield Grove, York as per the 1997 Section 106 agreement.
