A Revised Regulatory Framework for Social Housing in England from April 2012
Purpose of the report: To advise the Cabinet Member of the proposed changes to social housing regulation which are to come into effect from April 2012 and to consider the proposed response posed by the consultation questions.
The Cabinet Member is asked to approve the response to the consultation. This issue has been added as an urgent item to the plan as the response to consultation is required prior to the next Decision Session.
This item has been added to the Forward Plan as an urgent item as the consultation period ends on 10 February 2012.
