Purpose of report: To make
adjustments to scheme allocations to take account of progress on
schemes to date, and the latest cost estimates and delivery
projections.
The Cabinet Member is asked to approve amendments to the 2012/13
City and Environmental Services Capital Programme.
Decision:
That the Cabinet Member for Transport, Planning & Sustainability resolved to:
Approve the amendments to the 2012/13 CES Planning & Transport Capital Programme, as set out in Annexes 1 and 2.
Approve the reduction to the 2012/13 CES Planning & Transport Capital Programme budget, subject to the approval of the Cabinet.
REASON: To enable the effective management and monitoring of the Council’s capital programme.
