Note: This meeting will only go ahead if the Scrutiny Management Committee (SMC), which will meet at 12:15 pm on 21 December 2007, requests the Executive to reconsider its decision of 18 December regarding the item on the City of York Council response to the Secretary of State’s proposed changes to the Regional Spatial Strategy. If this is the case, a minute of the decision of SMC will be circulated at this meeting. However, if the SMC confirms the Executive’s decision on this item, this meeting will be cancelled. |
