Out' initiative in York.
The Cabinet Member is asked to agree the principle and proposed
services.
Decision:
RESOLVED: That the Cabinet Member approved Option A to adopt the aims of ‘No Second Night Out’ to stop a rough sleeper sleeping on the streets for a second night.
REASON: To further develop the service to reduce rough sleeping.
