Two recent developments have created an issue
regarding unrestricted parking on Mansfield Street. There is a
section 106 agreement in place for the development, as there were
concerns within the planning that the development would create a
parking issue on the street.
Options Considered:
1. Advertise no waiting at any time
restrictions(double yellow lines) to the full length of Mansfield
Street- Recommended
2. Take no action- Not recommended as unrestricted parking on both
sides of the carriageway is causing an issue
