Purpose of Report: To review and update North
Yorkshire Choice Based Lettings Common Allocations Policy in light
of national legislative changes and twelve month review.
The Cabinet Member is asked to approve the draft for
consultation.
This item has been withdrawn as a final decision will be made in March.
The Cabinet Member will be asked to agree the final changes to the allocations policy in March 2013. This is due to various partners within the North Yorkshire Home Choice Board Partnership requiring a longer lead in time to consult regarding any changes relating to the policy before a decision is taken by the Cabinet Member.
