Purpose of Report: Response to Home Office consultation on delivering the Government's policies to cut alcohol fuelled crime and anti-social behaviour.
The Cabinet Member is asked to approve the response.

A decision will now be taken during February as officers need to make further changes to the report before it is considered by the Cabinet Member.

RESOLVED:        To approve the response to Home Office consultation on delivering the Government’s policies to cut alcohol fuelled crime and anti-social behaviour.

 

REASON:           In order to fulfil the licensing objectives as set down in the Licensing Act 2003.
