Purpose:

Purpose of Report: To inform the Cabinet Member of the outcome of formal enforcement action taken in accordance with the enforcement policy for environmental health, trading standards and licensing services in the period 1st July 2012 - 30th September 2013.

The Cabinet Member is asked to review prosecution work and approve the continuation of the current policy on legal actions.

RESOLVED: That the prosecution work and the continuation of the current policy on legal actions be reviewed and approved.

REASON: To inform the Cabinet Member of the outcome of formal action taken in accordance with the enforcement policy for environmental health, trading standards and licensing services in the period 1 July – 30^th September 2012 (Q2).
