West Yorkshire Combined Authority - Transport/Infrastructure Overview and Scrutiny
Description
Purpose:
A Local Transport Authority. This is a statutory body under the legal provisions of the Transport Acts 1968 and 1985. It co-ordinates the provision and development of high quality public transport within West Yorkshire. It is a committee of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority. Membership:
To nominate 1 member to each of the Combined Authority’s Overview and Scrutiny Committees.
Any member nominated by the Constituent Councils and the Non-Constituent Council to one of the scrutiny committees may act as a substitute for another member on any of the three Overview and Scrutiny Committees.
