Description
Background:
Set up under the provisions of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000, the Local Access Forum’s objectives are to advise on the mapping of access land and restrictions on access to it. To advise and comment on the Council’s Rights of Way Improvement Plan and to advise and comment on Recreation Strategies.
Meetings:
It is a statutory requirement for meetings to be held at least twice a year.
