Diverting a section of the public footpath
Nether Poppleton 1 from the north side of the existing hedgerow to
the south side.
The application to divert part of the public footpath has been made
by the land owner to enable solar development.
The Executive Member will be asked to authorise the making of a
public path order to divert public footpath Nether Poppleton 1 and
commencement of the statutory consultation. If no objections are
received, or if received are subsequently withdrawn, authorises the
confirmation of the order
