City Centre Footstreets Review Part Two - Davygate to Church Street Route and Spurriergate

The report puts forward options for a proposal to introduce an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order the aims of which would be to remove the through route from Davygate to Church Street. The report will also review access control at the Spurriergate entrance to the footstreets from Low Ousegate. The Cabinet Member is asked to approve the introduction of an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order as outlined in the report.
