Public Protection Legal Actions
Purpose of report: To
inform the Cabinet Member of the outcome of formal enforcement
action taken in accordance with the enforcement policy for
environmental health, trading standards and licensing services in
the period 1st July - 30th September 2011.
The Cabinet Member is
asked to review prosecution work and approve the continuation of
the current policy on legal actions.
This report has been slipped to 7 February Decision Session in
order that it can be considered alongside the report on the Review
of Street Trading Enforcement Controls.
