Purpose of Report: To set out the Housing Business Plan following Housing Revenue Account (HRA) reform and the introduction of self financing from April 2012.

Members are asked to approve the outline HRA business plan and agree the recommendations.

This item has slipped from the January to the February meeting to coincide with other budget papers.
