Purpose of report: An
update report to inform members of the interim progress of the
project and development of the outline business case. A report will
be taken to the Executive in June 2009 that sets out the outlien
business case and will consider options for the continuation and
development of the project.
Members are asked to: To note the progress and agree on the
approach proposed.
