That the Executive Member be advised:

(i) That the pattern of school terms and holidays for 2008/09, proposed in Annex B be approved.

RESOLVED:That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.

REASON:To ensure that dates for school terms and holidays are set according to statutory requirements.
