Use of Section 106 Open Space Payments – update and options for the next 12 months
13/12/2011 - Improving York's Green Spaces: Use of Section 106 Funds
RESOLVED:
(i) That the use of section 106 funds on those schemes identified in Annex 1 of the report be approved.
(ii) That the suggestions for further and/or alternative schemes for inclusion in Annex 1 of the report be delegated to officers.
(iii) That further updates be given on an annual basis.
Reason: To meet the ambitions of the Local Development Framework and the legal requirements of each section 106 payment agreed by the Council.
