This Committee is responsible for monitoring the performance of the following service areas through regular performance monitoring reports:

·       Developing & maintaining close working with all scrutiny committees to develop complimentary agendas and partnership working where appropriate

·       Developing & maintaining close working with Audit & Governance (A & G) to develop complimentary agendas

·       Monitoring all corporate climate initiatives

·       Monitoring capital projects

·       Corporate Finance and Procurement

·       Legal services

·       Information governance and complaints

·       Civic & Democratic services

·       Electoral services

·       Human Resources and Organisational Development

·       Customer, Resident and Exchequer services

·       Digital and ICT

·       Monitoring carbon budgeting

·       Monitoring progress on reducing carbon emissions

·       10 Year strategies (in 10 Year climate strategy with delegation to appropriate committees as required)

·       Receive Updates on the work of York Climate Change Commission

·       Devolution, including consideration of MCA Joint Committee decisions as related to this Committee
