Purpose of Report: The report provides the
suggested response to the DCLG consultation on allocation of
accommodation.
The Cabinet Member is asked to sign off the response to the
consultation document.

RESOVED: That option 1 be approved and the suggested response, attached as Appendix 1 to the report, be agreed.
REASON: To ensure that City of York Council’s views are included within the consultation response to the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG).
