Purpose:
Purpose of Report: The Youth Justice Service are required to
produce and submit a plan to the Youth Justice Board on an annual
basis. The purpose of the plan is to outline work completed over
the previous year, whilst also considering planning for the
following year. The plan is created with oversight from the Youth
Justice Service Management Board.
The Executive will be asked to: Note that the Youth Justice Service
wish to ensure that members are aware of the plans for the service
and agree to the submission.

i. To recommend to Full Council the Youth Justice plan for approval.
Reason: To ensure the Council fulfils its statutory duty to submit an annual Youth Justice Plan.
