Purpose:
Purpose of report: The report provides an
update to Members on the current Financial and Service Performance
for the City Strategy Directorate following the first 7 months of
the financial year.
Members are asked to: consider the information provided and
consider any necessary remedial actions to improve the financial
performance/service performance.

Advice of the Advisory Panel
That the Executive Member for City Strategy be advised to:
(i) Note the financial and performance position of the portfolio; 1.
(ii) Recommend the Executive to agree to the capital element of the additional Housing and Planning Delivery Grant (£135k) to fund structural maintenance currently charged to revenue. 2.

RESOLVED:That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.
REASON: In accordance with budgetary and performance monitoring procedures.
