Crises & Resilience Fund Scheme
The purpose of the report is to approve the
Crises and Resilience Fund Scheme which replaces the Household
Support Fund (HSF) scheme from 1st April 2026. This is business as
usual in terms of the scheme the funding been some £400k pa
lower than the previous HSF schemes.
The Executive Member will be asked to approve the scheme
