Leeds City Region Housing Panel
Description
Leeds City Region Housing Panel is a relatively new body, set up in April 2008, and its responsibilities are still evolving. Its general brief is to support the Leaders Board, by overseeing the Development of Housing Policy and delivery, to support economic growth and wellbeing within the Leeds City Region.
The Housing Panel is part of the Leeds City Region Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), which brings together the eleven local authorities of Barnsley, Bradford, Calderdale, Craven, Harrogate, Kirklees, Leeds, Selby, Wakefield, York and North Yorkshire County Council to work with businesses and partners towards a common prosperous and sustainable city region in areas such as transport, skills, housing, spatial planning and innovation
