Conditions:

1 Member substitute rep allowed.  1 officer can also attend to support the member rep.

Councillors wishing to question the Council's representatives on this body can do so in two ways:

·        by asking them at full Council in the usual way or;

·        by using the email link given in the representative’s details

Meetings:

Meetings are held 5-6 times per year in various venues around the region.
