Purpose of the report is to present the
business case and options for the delivery of the Community Stadium
at Monks Cross.
Members are asked to:
- sign off the business case as a key milestone to developing the
community stadium.
- approve the business case to be a formal submission for the
stadium planning application. - seek full council's approval to use
the £4m capital programme allocation to support the delivery
of the project.
