Consideration of a proposal to grant fund York's Dial & Ride operation
Purpose of the report: The report will consider a proposal from York Wheels to transfer coordination of the Dial & Ride service from the Council to York Wheels. The report gives consideration to the merits of a proposed transfer (through a grant funding arrangement and service level agreement) and to possible alternative approaches for the future operation of Dial & Ride. The Cabinet Member is asked to consider whether or not responsibility for the Dial & Ride service should be transferred to York Wheels.
