Purpose of report: To seek final approval of the Affordable Housing Viability Study following the progress report on 5 October 2010. Members are asked to: Approve the final report. Report now slipped to January meeting to allow time for consultation with the property forum.

This report has now been brought forward to the December meeting at the request of the Executive Member.
