Purpose of report: If
Members agreed then the preferred site will be the subject of a
planning application for a P&R site. This will allow detailed
pre-application consultation to be carried out with a wide range of
people and organisation.
Members are asked to: Decide which, if any, of the site options
proposed is the preferred site from the point of view of proceeding
with the necessary planning application for a P&R site.
