Primary Strategy for Change
Purpose of report: Report on the Primary Strategy for Change (PSfC) to gain approval for submission to DCSF. Approval by DCSF will release the funding for the Primary Capital Programme in line with the PSfC. The programme runs for 14 years from 1 April 2009.

Dioceses, Joseph Rowntree Trust, PCT, community health, early years

will be complete by May 2008 and the feedback reflected in the PSfC
for the City.
