Purpose of
report: The report is for information only, however the results
from the survey will be used to inform service improvements.
Members are asked to note the results
Timescale: March is the earliest that the report can go to EMAP as
the reseach data will not be collated until early January
Actions will be added to the housing service improvement plan to
address any issues raised by the satisfaction survey results.
