Purpose of report: To inform members of the
outcome of a tendering exercise to replace the materials used in
the Capital Programme Housing modernisation schemes.
Members are asked to: Note the outcomes of the tenders and formally
accept the proposals for suppliers and also ranges of materials
that will be offered to customers predominantly under Tenants
