Advice of the Advisory Panel

That the Executive Member be advised to:

(i)                 defer the report to the meeting in October

Decision of the Executive Member

RESOLVED:That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.

REASON:To allow more time for discussion on decision items on the agenda and to balance the number of items on the Forward Plan more evenly between meetings.
