Advice of the Advisory Panel

That the Executive Member be advised to:

(i)         note the performance and success in 2008/09.

(ii)        note the issues arising in 2008/09.

(iii)      Approve the allocation of budgets for 2009/10

(iv)      Approve the implementation of the proposed programme, to include the list of proposed additional footway and carriageway treatments circulated at the meeting

Decision of the Executive Member

RESOLVED:             That the advice of the Advisory Panel be accepted and endorsed.

REASON:                  To ensure delivery of highway maintenance services in an efficient and cost effective manner.
