Resolved: That consideration of this item be deferred until September 2021.
Reason: To allow time for Heslington Parish Council to consider the matters raised by the Examiner.
Minutes:
The Corporate Director of Place reported that, since publication of the agenda, Heslington Parish Council had requested an extension of time to 30 September for a decision to be made on the Examiner’s Recommendations and progressing the Heslington Neighbourhood Plan. This had been agreed by the council in accordance with Regulation 17A of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations. It was therefore requested that this item be deferred.
Resolved: That consideration of this item be deferred until after 30 September 2021.
Reason: To allow time for Heslington Parish Council to consider the matters raised by the Examiner.
