Purpose:
Purpose of report: To provide Members with an update on the amount and location of Section 106 funds available to improve York's green spaces.
The Cabinet Member is asked to agree suitable locations and projects for investment.
This report will now be considered by the Cabinet Member at a public decision session to be held on Wednesday 27th February.
Decision:
RESOLVED: That approval be given to the use of Section 106 funds on those schemes identified in Annex 1 of the report.
REASON: To meet the requirements of the planning process and Council ambitions.
