Foxwood Community Association has operated
Foxwood Community Centre for over 10 years and this new lease
(based on same terms and conditions) is to secure their occupation
so they are able to continue to provide community access and
services to the Foxwood community.
The original Executive decision was taken in 2015 in line with the
Community Asset Transfer Policy.
