Purpose:
Purpose of report will outline the existing
position and suggest ways in which higher standards can be achieved
through promoting the benefits of Sustainable Development.
The Cabinet Member will be asked to note the progress being made
and agree specific actions to promote higher standards of
Sustainable Development across the city by working with
Developers.
Decision:
RESOLVED: That Option 2, to undertake specific targeted actions as set out in the Officer’s report be agreed.
REASON: To improve the chances of delivering the City’s aspirations in relation to sustainable development.
