Background
Wood Group UK Ltd were contracted to deliver services relating to the Smart Transport Evolution Programme:
• Contract for the supply and maintenance of software Contract Ref: DN423779 Dated 2nd January 2020
• Design and Delivery of the Smart Evolution Programme Contract Ref: DN423779 Dated 2nd January 2020
The contract was entered into between Wood Group UK Limited and City of York Council in January 2020.
Wood Group have been acquired by WSP Environment and Infrastructure Solutions UK Ltd.
The parties have agreed to novate the Outgoing Party's (Wood Group) rights, obligations, and liabilities under the Agreement stated above to the Incoming Party (WSP Environment and Infrastructure Solutions UK Ltd) with effect from 1st July 2022.
