  • Councillor Dave Merrett - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Merrett noted that he had a non-prejudicial interest in relation to minute 23. Executive / Scrutiny Protocol for City of York Council as he had participated in work on the Scrutiny protocol as the vice chair of the Council’s Corporate Scrutiny Committee.
