  • Councillor David Evans - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Evans declared a personal prejudicial interest in agenda item 5 ‘Capital Programme Monitoring 2006/07’ in relation to the presentation on the revised Museum Service Heritage Lottery Bid, as he worked for the Museums Trust. He left the room and took no part in the discussion.
