Consultation with North Yorkshire Council and
North York Moors National Park Authority has been undertaken.
There is no required consultation process for formal
notification.
Consultation will be required as part of the preparation of the
Local Plan. Timescales for this are set out in the timetable (Annex
B) and full details for each consultation will be confirmed in due
