Consultation process
The proposed deviation would move part of the
order route bridleway York 308 from land owned by St Peter’s
School onto land owned by the council. Therefore, both landowners
were consulted regarding the proposed deviation along with the
Environment Agency who own adjacent land and are responsible for
the flood defences. There were no objections to the proposed
deviation.
