Impact of Local Housing Allowance (LHA), Housing Benefit (HB) & Council Tax Benefit (CTB) changes.
Purpose of report: To outline the Governments proposed and actual changes to LHS/HB/CTB and the implications for York.
The Cabinet is asked to consider the content and proposed response
to key proposals and to agree the way forward.
Owing to an administrative error this report had been added to the FP for consideration by the Cabinet Leader at his Decision Session on 4 October 2011. This report will now be considered at the Cabinet meeting also on 4 October 2011.
