Team. All have confirmed that the proposed procurement route via
GCA Framework RM6088 is compliant, deliverable, and aligned with
Executive approval.
The procurement approach aligns with the Council’s Contract
Procedure Rules under Appendix 11 of the Council’s
Constitution and Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
