We have spoken to all beneficiaries noted
within the Section 106 legal document and have made the decisions
based on their feedback and against the total amount available from
the S106 Off-site Sports Contribution.
Development Management (Planning) have been consulted on the
proposed spend as detailed above. The request to release the funds
meets the requirements of the S106 document and was agreed on by
Development Management on 19 February 2025.
