Decision Maker: Executive
Decision status: Decision Made
Is Key decision?: Yes
Is subject to call in?: Yes
Purpose:
To inform members of the outcomes of the
Murton Neighbourhood Plan Examiners Report and recommendations. To
ask Executive to endorse the Council’s Decision Statement on
the recommendations and consequently, to allow the neighbourhood
plan to proceed to referendum. A decision as to whether to accept
the Examiner’s recommendation and move to Referendum must be

Examiner’s Report and recommendations, and the
Council’s Decision Statement on the recommendations, to allow
the neighbourhood plan to proceed to referendum. Information
