The City of York Council Local Plan was
adopted on 27 February 2025 by Council:

The report to Council contained delegation to the Director of City
Development to agree any further non-material minor corrections and
factual updates.
Since that time, officers have been made aware of a number of minor
issues which need correcting to provide clarity and remove
ambiguity. These are summarised in Annex 1: Proposed non-material
minor corrections and factual updates to the City of York Local
Plan (attached).

The changes are proposed to assist clarity and correct factual
errors. By doing this any ambiguity is removed for all users of the
Plan.
