Decision: Approve to proceed with option 1 to advertise the TRO

Options Considered:

1. Introduce a TRO to prohibit right turn manoeuvres from Monks Cross Link into Jockey Lane.
2. Leave the manoeuvre as existing

Options Rejected:

Option 2.

The option to leave the right-turn facility in place is not acceptable as it will continue to present a high road safety risk of collision. Option 1 addresses this issue and is part of the approved scheme.
